Wedding, even when the bridegroom is a prince, is an extremely exciting event. Here, even without a diet you can lose a few pounds, and if even you keep to a low-calorie diet, you can do nothing but lose a couple of sizes. That is what happened to Kate Middleton. So what diet Kate Middleton kept on?
Initially, there was no task before Kate Middleton to lose weight. But “to maintain the current weight” – as a safety net – before the wedding, she resorted to the diet. In the end, Kate retained her previous elegance, and became significantly thinner (they say, as much as two sizes). Only lazy did not discuss the Catherine’s new figure after the festivities. So, what was the wonderful Kate Middleton’s diet?
The Kate Middleton’s breakfast was purely English – oatmeal. Kate added in it fruits and honey for taste. Lunch consisted of a piece of lean meat, chicken or fish and vegetables. Carbohydrate diet is not banned, Catherine just brought their consumption to a minimum – two small servings a day. For snacks she used fruits or vegetables, but sometimes she allowed herself a little chocolate. Dinner was pretty rich – pasta with vegetables, but not less than three hours before bedtime. The amount of alcohol was also limited: the future monarch’s lady was allowed to drink no more than two glasses of wine twice a week.
