Concerns may have started looking up for American Apparel fashion brand and its controversial to some extent creator, Dov Charney.
A new collaboration of American Apparel with eBay was just revealed where the “hip stuff purveyor” based in Los Angeles will commence selling through the auction website from September 1st.
Amusingly, regardless of the matter of fact that American Apparel fashion brand’s main clients are precisely the kind of cool young things that live and breathe social media, online shopping and vintage-bargain-hunting on spots like eBay, the Californian brand’s online sales sum to less than 10 percent of their income! Thus, collaboration of American Apparel with eBay makes pretty good sense.
The affair is set to produce “several millions dollars in sales within its first year”, which American Apparel and Dov Charney could very well do with! Even more entertainingly this may indicate a larger inventiveness from eBay with dedicated brand stores even if they refused to comment on that now.
